オンライン決済ポリシー
オンライン決済システムを利用することにより、お客様は以下の事項に同意するものとします：
- 利用者が提供した情報は、利用者の知る限りにおいて、真実かつ正確である。
- 利用者は、Manda's English Playroomが、その提供・実施するイベントやコースへの登録に関する規則や規定を随時変更・修正する権利を有することを理解し、これに従うことに同意するものとします。
- 利用者は、Manda's English Playroomが、利用者のクレジットカード、デビットカード、PayPalアカウントに、利用者が選択したイベントやクラス、セッション、プロジェクトに対する支払いのために与えた承認に従って、料金の支払いを行うことを許可する。
- Manda's English Playroomは、本サイトのサービスを利用したことにより、利用者が被ったいかなる損害に対しても責任を負わないものとします。
料金・支払方法 返金について
払い戻しは、イベントやクラス、セッション、プロジェクトの予定日の前日（24時間）まで可能です。Manda's English Playroomによってクラスがキャンセルまたは再スケジュールされた場合、払い戻しを行うことができます。
払い戻しが可能なのは、以下の通りです：
オンラインセッション、クラス、プロジェクト
対面式イベント料金
イベント、クラス、セッション、プロジェクトの開催日を過ぎると、払い戻しはできません。
二重払い - 1回の支払いで二重に支払いが行われた場合、支払日の提出後30日以内に申し出れば、その取引を返金することができます。
コンビニエンス・フィーおよび税金は、いかなる取引においても払い戻しまたは取り消しされることはありません。

Online Payment Policy
By using the online payment system, you agree to the following:
- The information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand and agree that Manda's English Playroom reserves the right to change or modify the rules and regulations at any time regarding registration for events and courses it offers and conducts, and you agree to abide by them.
- You authorize Manda's English Playroom to make payment of fees to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account in accordance with the authorization you have given for payment for the event, class, session, or project you have selected. The user is responsible for the payment of all fees and charges.
- Manda's English Playroom shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of using the services on this site.
Fees and Payment Methods Refunds
Refunds are available up to one day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled date of the event, class, session or project, and may be issued if the class is cancelled or rescheduled by Manda's English Playroom.
Refunds are available for online sessions, classes, and projects
In-person event fees
No refunds will be issued after the date of the event, class, session or project.
Double Payments - If a double payment is made on a single payment, the transaction may be refunded if requested within 30 days of submitting the payment date.
Convenience fees and taxes are not refundable or reversible on any transaction.
