Manda's Creative Storytime

Each week features:

• A Magical English Tale: Brought to life with visuals, props, and expression.

• Interactive Reading: Listeners are invited to chime in! If your child is interested in reading aloud, they’ll have the opportunity to read along with Amanda in a supportive, low-pressure way.

• Hands-On Creative Fun: We don’t just sit still! Depending on the story, we do:

  • Story-Inspired Drawing: Sketching characters or "mapping" the story.

  • Simple Crafts: Using household items to make story props (like magic wands or masks).

  • Movement Games: We act out the story together—if the character jumps, we jump!

No English experience? No problem! We use gestures and props so every child can follow along easily.

The Storytime Starter Box (Supply List)

Keep these basics in a basket so you’re always ready to play!

• The Basics: Plain paper, crayons/markers, glue stick, tape, and safety scissors.

• The Extras: A few paper plates, toilet paper rolls, and some string or yarn.

 

How to Join 

1. Sign Up: Click the [Book Now] button to become a member.

2. Get Ready: Check the Members-Only “Interactive Story Time” group (Community tab) 24 hours before class for the story outline and any specific supplies needed.

3. Jump In: Log in to Google Meet—ready to listen, create, and imagine!
